The room was great quality and neat!
The staff was amiable, attentive, and everything was good. Location: the hotel was not far from a revolvong restaurant that has a 3 course ala carte buffet for 170dirhams or £25pp both the food and the view was spectacular, local shops and restaurants and Palm Deria metro station. I visited Legends Sports Bar near the venue for a few drinks😀👌

Conveniently located near many attractions.
The room cleanliness was inadequate. It wasn't serviced . The bathroom facilities were poor, lacking basic supplies like towels and toiletries. The overall ambiance felt cramped and unwelcoming.

My a single room had television, a fridge and a work desk. The hotel was set in a very central area close enough to a store in the market. It also was to the airport to chance...

Cozy place with a prime location
Really enjoyed the clean and comfy room. The staff was super friendly and gave great tips about local stuff. The nearby restaurants were just a short walk away. The only thing was that the noise from the busy streets could be a bit much at times. Breakfast at their restaurant was a nice start to the day!

Initially, the area around Queens gave me mixed feelings due to its crowded vibe, but I soon warmed up to the hospitality I encountered throughout my stay. The hotel staff kept my room super clean, with fresh sheets and towels daily. Enjoyed the budget-friendly breakfast, even if it was basic. The nearby Hyatt Regency offered a fantastic rotating restaurant with a amazing view, perfect for a special night out. I found it a bit frustrating that the local bus system was segregated seating for women, and getting around the busy streets took some time. The pool on the second floor felt unwelcoming-even though it looked nice, it was cold, and I never saw anyone use it. Jumeirah Beach Park was a gem though, only 70p to enter with fine clear water and golden sand. There's a lot of potential here, and while the hotel is inexpensive, some facilities need a refresh to match the growing vibrancy of Dubai's attractions.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious breakfast at the Afrocon restaurant and the friendly service from Mr Syem and Mr Al Amin who made every meal good. I loved lounging by the outdoor pool and taking some time to relax in the cozy atmosphere. The only hiccup was a little issue with the shower pressure, but it didn't dampen my experience at all! 😊

The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to assist. Location is prime, with the bustling Gold Souq and affordable eateries nearby. The room's air conditioning leaked constantly, and the limited breakfast options felt repetitive. The swimming pool's access was blocked by the guard's absence, disappointing. Despite these issues, the ambiance and conveniences of the area might entice me to return for a budget-friendly visit.
